Campus information systems are often fragmented and difficult to navigate, forcing students to search across multiple sources to complete simple tasks. This work explores how an AI chatbot interface can provide clearer, more structured, and more trustworthy access to campus information, helping students understand where to go and what to do next with more confidence.
